Withdrawals are credited to the same method used for the deposit where the payment system supports it. First withdrawals complete after identity verification.

Before you deposit
Use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are returned, and the round trip costs time. The minimum deposit is on the Fees page. Deposits are credited automatically for cards and e-wallets; if an amount has not appeared after the times listed above, send the transaction confirmation to [email protected] and we will trace it.
