1. The website and the service
This website is an informational and marketing platform. It presents the service, collects registration requests and provides information about the platform's operation. Trading transactions themselves are executed with the licensed legal entity that provides the brokerage service, under terms presented to you during onboarding. The site and its content are provided for lawful use by residents of the jurisdictions the service addresses.
2. Use of the website and services
You may use the site and the service for their intended purpose: learning about the platform, registering an account, operating strategies, depositing and withdrawing funds. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to use only payment methods in your own name. The service is available to adults (18+) who pass identity verification.
3. Restrictions
You may not: use the service if local law prohibits it; share one account between several people; resell access or use the platform to provide services to third parties; interfere with the site's operation or bypass its security; or misrepresent your identity or the origin of your funds.
4. Prohibited use
Prohibited in all cases: unlawful activity of any kind; spam, scraping or automated abuse of the site; attacks on infrastructure, including intrusion attempts and denial-of-service; violations of intellectual-property rights; uploading malicious code; and using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion. Violations lead to immediate suspension and, where required, reporting to the authorities.
5. Marketing materials and newsletters
Service announcements (security notices, maintenance, changes affecting your account) are sent to every user as part of the service. Optional marketing e-mails are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw from any message or via support. You can never be unsubscribed from security notices.
6. Intellectual property
The site's design, texts, logos, code and visual materials belong to the platform or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, republishing or using the content for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
7. Confidentiality
Your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy. You keep confidentiality of your own credentials too: activity performed with your password and 2FA is considered yours, which is exactly why sharing them is prohibited.
8. Links to third-party services
The site links to external services (exchanges, payment providers). Their terms, availability and prices are theirs; we are not responsible for third-party content or services, and linking does not mean endorsement.
9. Support
Support is available at [email protected] during the hours listed on the Contact page. Support never asks for your password or 2FA codes; anyone who does is not us.
10. No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation, and we do not guarantee trading results. Market data may be delayed. Nothing on the site is investment advice, and no communication from the platform should be read as a promise of profit.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's liability for damages connected to the use of the site is limited to the amounts you deposited in the three months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law — including gross negligence, wilful misconduct and statutory consumer rights.
12. Indemnity
You indemnify the platform against claims by third parties arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the service — provided the platform notifies you of the claim and lets you participate in its defence.
13. Changes and applicable law
Terms may change; the updated version takes effect when published, with material changes announced in advance on the site. The terms and the service are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction of the providing legal entity, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your residence.
