Withdrawal policy

This policy explains how withdrawals work: the available methods, the timelines, the limits, the checks we are required to perform, and what can delay a request. By using the withdrawal function you accept the rules on this page. It complements — and stays consistent with — the Deposit & withdrawal methods page.

1. Introduction and consent

Withdrawing your funds should be as simple as depositing them. This policy sets out the exact mechanics: where money can be sent, how fast, with which checks. When you submit a withdrawal request you confirm that the destination details are yours and correct, and that you accept the verification steps described below.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Bank transfer to your registered bank account; e-wallet payouts (PayPal); card payouts to Visa and Mastercard where the issuing bank supports them; crypto-asset payouts to a wallet address you control, in the assets the platform supports. The full table with fees and processing times is maintained on the Deposit & withdrawal methods page.

3. Processing times

E-wallet withdrawals are usually completed within 24 hours on business days. Card payouts take 1–5 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Crypto payouts depend on network confirmation times. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are queued for the next business day. Factors that can extend these times: identity verification still in progress, unusual transaction volume requiring review, or payment-provider maintenance.

4. Fees and charges

The platform charges no withdrawal fee for standard requests. Third-party costs — correspondent bank fees, network fees for crypto transfers — are deducted by those providers and shown before you confirm the payout. If a cost changes between request and execution, you see the final amount for approval before the transfer is sent.

5. Withdrawal limits

The minimum withdrawal equals the minimum deposit shown on the Fees page. Per-transaction and daily maximums depend on your plan tier and the payment method, and are displayed in the withdrawal dialog before you submit — you never discover a limit by having a request rejected. Higher limits require completed enhanced verification.

6. KYC/AML checks

First withdrawals require completed identity verification. Withdrawals may also be checked against anti-money-laundering rules: source-of-funds confirmation for large amounts, or a pause where a transaction pattern requires review. These checks are a legal obligation, not a judgement about you, and we tell you what is needed to complete them.

7. Reasons for delay or refusal

A withdrawal can be delayed or refused when: account details do not match verification documents; the destination account is not in your own name; verification documents are expired or unreadable; the request triggers an AML review; there is an open complaint or investigation on the account; or a technical or regulatory restriction applies. In each case you receive the reason and what to do next — a silent refusal is not an outcome we produce.

8. Your responsibility

Correct destination details are your responsibility: a payout sent to details you entered wrongly may be unrecoverable. Keep your registered e-mail current — withdrawal confirmations and security notices go there. If you did not make a withdrawal request, report it immediately: early reporting allows the transfer to be stopped.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

A pending withdrawal can be cancelled or edited from the dashboard while its status is "Pending". Once execution starts, the request can no longer be changed — your bank or wallet provider is the only party able to act on it. Cancelled withdrawals return the amount to your account balance immediately.

10. Support

Withdrawal questions go to [email protected]. Include the request date, amount and method. The payments team replies on business days, usually within one working hour, and can trace any request in the processing pipeline.

11. Policy updates

This policy can change to reflect payment-provider terms or regulatory requirements. The current version always lives on this page; material changes are announced on the site before taking effect. Continued use of the withdrawal function after a change means acceptance of the updated policy.
