Definitions
"We", "the platform" means Neural Edge AI as the service operated for your jurisdiction. "Personal data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable person — you. "Processing" means anything done with that data: storing, reading, combining, deleting.
Personal data we collect
The platform collects: first name and last name; e-mail address; phone number; the content of your requests to support. For verification (KYC): the identity document you upload, and where applicable an address document and a selfie/liveness video. For account operation: transaction history, sign-in records, device and browser information, IP address.
Usage data
When you use the site, standard technical data is recorded: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, device type, browser, referring page and timestamps. This data serves security (detecting abnormal sign-ins), statistics (aggregate, anonymised) and troubleshooting.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your session signed in and secure. Preference cookies remember interface choices. Analytics cookies, if enabled, aggregate usage statistics. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing site functionality; essential cookies cannot be disabled because the service cannot operate without them.
Controller and processors
Neural Edge AI is the controller of the data described here — it decides why and how the data is processed. Third parties acting on our instructions (KYC providers, hosting, e-mail delivery) are processors: they handle data only for the purposes we define, under contract.
Collection and use
Data is used to: create and secure your account; verify your identity; provide and support the trading service; process deposits and withdrawals; answer your requests; meet legal obligations, including AML record-keeping; maintain security logs; and, with your consent, send service-relevant marketing. Each purpose uses the minimum data required for it.
Legal bases
Contract: processing needed to provide the service you registered for (account, transactions, support). Legal obligation: identity verification, transaction records, tax or court orders where applicable. Legitimate interest: security monitoring, fraud prevention, service improvement. Consent: marketing communications and non-essential cookies — given explicitly, withdrawable at any time.
Data retention
Account and transaction data: for the life of the account, plus the legally required archival period after closure. KYC documents: retained for the period required by applicable AML rules, then deleted. Support correspondence: up to three years. Security logs: up to two years. Analytics aggregates: kept without personal identifiers.
Data sharing
Recipients are limited to: KYC/verification providers; IT and hosting providers; affiliated companies within the corporate group where required to deliver the service; payment processors; and regulators, courts or other state authorities where disclosure is legally required. Data is never sold, and never shared for third-party advertising.
Disclosure
We may disclose personal data when required by law, to enforce the Terms of Use, to protect the rights and safety of users or the platform, or in connection with a corporate restructuring — in which case the recipient assumes the obligations of this policy.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access follows least privilege; every access to sensitive records is logged. Full details of the technical and organisational measures are on the Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but the measures match the sensitivity of the data they protect.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy; correct inaccurate data; delete data that has no legal retention requirement; restrict processing while a dispute is resolved; object to processing based on legitimate interest; withdraw consent for marketing at any time; and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any right, write to [email protected]; we respond within the statutory period applicable in your jurisdiction.
Service providers
The platform relies on processors for hosting, e-mail delivery, KYC checks and payment processing. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions, with equivalent security obligations, and is audited or certified according to the sensitivity of the data it touches.
Analytics
Aggregate usage statistics help us understand which pages help users and which confuse them. Analytics output contains no direct identifiers, and raw event data is pseudonymised and rotated. Marketing analytics, where used, activates only with your consent.
Advertising and retargeting
If consent is given, retargeting pixels may measure how visitors who came from an advertisement use the site. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not delete historical aggregate reports that contain no identifiers.
Links to third-party sites
The site links to external services — payment providers, exchanges — whose privacy practices are their own. This policy covers only data processed by the platform; read the policies of services you use separately.
Children
The service is strictly for adults. Accounts are not created for persons under 18, and any account discovered to belong to a minor is closed immediately, with data deleted beyond what law requires us to keep about the closure itself.
Changes to this policy
The policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The dated version in force is the one published on this page; material changes are announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated version.
